Applications
With excellent high/low temperature property, high flash point and low pour point, neopentyl polyol esters are suitable base oils for Aviation engine oil, high temperature chain oil, synthetic air compressor oil and refrigerator oil which is compatible with the new alternative refrigerants satisfied with environmental protection requirement. The defect of bad compatibility with additives and making rubber shrink of polyalphaolefins may be hurdled when polyalphaolefins are mixed with Neopentyl polyol esters and the mixed composition may be the basic fluid for engine oil and gear oil. NPE-2 is special recommended for type Ⅱaviation gas turbine lubricant. NPE-3 is special recommended for synthetic ester high temperature chain oil and NPE-4 is special recommended for synthetic ester refrigerator oil.
