KC6050 Pour Point Depressant
Description
KC6050 is an additive to crude oil (pour point depressant) made from random ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
KC6050 is compatible with most viscous resins and waxes. Combined with high flowability, it dissolves in diluted oils and is miscible with all commonly used base materials, including synthetic liquids. Can be used as an additive (pour point depressant) for crude oil.

KC6050 can be processed on most conventional equipment used for thermoplastics. It is advisable to avoid melt temperatures above 230°C and to clean the equipment after the operation is complete.
Storage, handling and safety
KC6050 should be stored under standard conditions and protected from UV exposure. Improper storage conditions may result in degradation and may have an impact on the physical properties of the product. The shelf life is three years from the date of delivery, unopened packaging.
