KC 6330(PAMA）
Description
KC6330 is a modified polymethacrylate (PAMA) solution in highly refined mineral oil. It is mainly used for high-grade hydraulic oil with low pour point and high viscosity index, which can improve the viscosity index and reduce the pour point while ensuring shear stability. It plays an important role in high-performance hydraulic fluids and is also suitable for industrial gear, shock absorber and transmission oils. In addition to excellent shear resistance, which can effectively improve the viscosity index and low temperature performance of the oil, the product also has excellent filtration and anti-emulsification functions. Narrow molecular weight distribution (MWD) and outstanding shear stability, excellent performance in improving viscosity index, excellent thickening function, excellent filtration and anti-demulsibility properties, ability to lower pour point, and versatile product for a wide range of applications.
Manifestation
Its molecular weight distribution is narrow, has good shear stability, and can meet the shear requirements of oil products under harsh conditions. It has excellent low-temperature properties, can effectively inhibit the crystallization of wax, and has a good inhibition effect on low-viscosity base oils. It can effectively improve the viscosity index of the oil. Under the premise of ensuring shear stability, it has the dual effect of increasing the viscosity index and reducing the inclination point, which effectively saves the formulation cost of the product

Suggestions for use
Add 0.5%~10.0%wt to the specified base oil. Taking into account the different types of base oils, pour point, viscosity and viscosity index tests are required to determine the exact amount of KC6330 functional polymer required. Engineers in the industry are still exploring special applications and additions to other oils to further develop the product's potential
Handling/Precautions
Packed in iron drums, net weight of 175kg/drum, suitable for various modes of transportation.The maximum storage and transportation temperature shall not exceed 60°C in the short term and 45°C in the long term.
The shelf life is 2 years, stored in a dry, clean,ventilated warehouses. In case of accidental contact with the skin, wash the skin thoroughly with water and detergent.
